Mintz has been recognized by Mergers & Acquisitions’ 2024 Middle-Market Deals of the Year for its role advising Monomoy Capital Partners and BlueMatrix.

 

In January 2024, Mintz advised BlueMatrix on a strategic growth investment in the company made by software investment firm Thoma Bravo, earning an honorable mention as a deal of the year in the technology sector.

 

Mintz was also recognized in the manufacturing and distribution sector for advising Monomoy Capital Partners, a middle-market private investment firm focused on operational value creation, in its May 2023 acquisition of Japs-Olson Company.
