Mintz Member Tara Dwyer was quoted in Law360 examining the release of a Health and Human Services rule which prompted backlash and predictions of litigation. Tara commented, "There will be many legal challenges to the rule, both procedural and substantive." She expects that the, "OIG will be disappointed in only applying extrapolation to 2018 forward." Tara also noted that the "OIG has been very busy doing its own audits of [Medicare Advantage organizations] and has included extrapolated findings in its reports."
