Mintz is pleased to share that Associate Allyson Wilkinson has been selected by Massachusetts Lawyers Weekly as a 2020 Excellence in the Law “Up & Coming Lawyer” Honoree. This annual award recognizes rising stars in the legal community who have practiced for 10 years or less, but who have already distinguished themselves in their firm and practice.

“I am truly honored to be listed among the top 25 emerging legal leaders in Massachusetts,” said Ms. Wilkinson. “I am grateful to all of my colleagues at Mintz and the mentors who have played a role in helping me achieve this recognition.”

Ms. Wilkinson concentrates her practice on corporate transactional matters with an emphasis on securities offerings, corporate governance and ongoing reporting requirements for publicly traded companies. She regularly represents domestic and foreign companies and investment banks in capital markets transactions, including initial public offerings, follow-on equity offerings, ATM offerings and PIPEs. She also advises entrepreneurs of early stage companies on formation, capital raising transactions and corporate governance matters.

Ms. Wilkinson will be honored at the 2020 Excellence in the Law event on April 30 in Boston.
