For the third consecutive year Mintz was highlighted in Law360's 2023 regional powerhouses series for excelling in a variety of areas including litigation and deal guidance. Litigation Practice Chair Scott Ford told Law360  "Litigation was particularly busy last year, both on a national level and on a regional level. On a regional level, we played an integral role in the Khoury college admissions trial and had our hand in a number of other related college admissions cases that have kept our white collar practice particularly busy."
