Matthew D. Levitt Elevated to Member of Mintz
Matthew D. Levitt, an attorney in the Litigation Section of Mintz, Cohn, Ferris, Glovsky and Popeo, P.C., has been named a Member of the firm. He is one of seven Mintz attorneys elevated to Member this year. Mr. Levitt practices in the firm’s Boston office.
Mr. Levitt’s practice encompasses a range of litigation matters, including False Claims Act defense, securities litigation, complex civil litigation, and white collar criminal defense. He regularly advises clients at all stages of civil and criminal litigation, from pre-litigation counseling and investigation through discovery, trial, and the appeals process.

Mr. Levitt has been recognized as a Massachusetts Super Lawyers “Rising Star” and was named to the 2014 Boston’s Future Leaders class by the Greater Boston Chamber of Commerce. He received his B.A. from Brown University and his J.D., cum laude, from the University of Pennsylvania, where he served as editor-in-chief of the University of Pennsylvania Law Review. Before joining the firm, he was a law clerk to the Honorable Martha B. Sosman of the Supreme Judicial Court of Massachusetts.
