Scott, who will serve as Co-chair of Mintz’s Privacy & Cybersecurity practice, is one of the nation’s leading advisors on a wide range of cybersecurity, privacy, and artificial intelligence (AI) matters. He regularly serves as go-to counsel for significant disputes, corporate crises, and investigations as well as for privacy, cybersecurity, data governance, and AI advisory work. He has represented clients across a range of industries with a focus on the technology, health care, and financial services sectors. Chris was recently recognized by Best Lawyers in America in the category of Privacy and Data Security Law (2024).
