Mintz announced today that Courtney R. Rockett has joined the firm’s Litigation practice as a Member, based in the New York office. Ms. Rockett represents large corporations, private equity firms, celebrities, and others in high-stakes, civil litigation matters. She focuses her practice on complex commercial transactions, partnership disputes, securities matters, entertainment disputes, and intellectual property litigation.

Ms. Rockett serves as lead strategy counsel for clients’ in their most business-critical and sensitive matters. She is an aggressive and accomplished litigator with a reputation for obtaining exceptionally favorable settlements for her clients, including after taking over and re-framing cases that have proceeded far down another path.

Prior to joining Mintz, Ms. Rockett was a partner with Boies Schiller Flexner LLP.
