Mintz Advises Cybersecurity Firm Edgile in Sale to Wipro
Mintz advised Edgile, a transformational cybersecurity consulting provider that focuses on risk and compliance, information and cloud security, and digital identity, in its sale to Wipro Limited, a leading global IT, consulting and business process services company.
Together, Wipro and Edgile will develop Wipro CyberTransform, an integrated suite which will help clients invest in robust cyber strategies and enhance boardroom governance of cyber risk. The offering will be aimed at speeding up the digital transformation of organizations and enabling them to operate in virtual, digital supply chains.
