Mintz advised client Gaelectric Holdings Plc and its subsidiary Gaelectric LLC in the sale of the Jawbone Wind Farm to a subsidiary of Seventus LLC.  Seventus is a new renewable energy development and finance firm backed by Suzlon.  The 235 megawatt (MW) Jawbone Wind Project is located in Wheatland County, Montana on roughly 31,000 acres.  The first phase of 80 MW is expected to begin construction next year.
