Mintz served as legal counsel to TPG Capital (TPG), a global alternative asset firm, in its new partnership with existing investors to support LifeStance Health (LifeStance), a provider of outpatient behavioral health services, in its effort to expand patient access to high-quality outpatient behavioral health services. TPG joins the partnership with Summit Partners and Silversmith Capital Partners to also provide additional growth capital for LifeStance to serve a larger patient population.

LifeStance creates and expands low-cost outpatient access for patients seeking care for behavioral health conditions, on a commercially insured, in-network basis. The investor partnership will allow for LifeStance to serve more patients nationwide seeking mental health services.
