Mintz Announces Nine Newly Elevated Members
Mintz today announced that nine attorneys have been promoted to Members of the firm.

The newly elected Members of the firm are as follows:
LisaMarie Collins Ms. Collins represents Mintz clients in complex commercial disputes in federal and state courts and arbitration forums, as well as in governmental investigations and regulatory enforcement actions. She has a particular expertise in the financial industry, handling issues concerning derivatives and commodity futures. She also maintains an active employment practice focused on dispute resolution, discrimination and harassment, and counsels blue-chip institutional clients on internal investigations and employment-related issues. She is a member of the firm’s Diversity Committee, and is a member of the Board of Directors of First Workings, a nonprofit dedicated to helping students from underrepresented communities in New York City build social capital through paid summer internships. |

Alison I. Glover Ms. Glover focuses her practice on estate and tax planning for high net worth individuals, their families, and their businesses. She advises clients on advanced estate planning techniques to minimize income, gift, estate, and generation-skipping transfer taxes. In addition, Ms. Glover counsels fiduciaries and beneficiaries with respect to planning opportunities for trusts and estates and the resolution of disputes, and represents individuals and small businesses in tax controversies before the Internal Revenue Service and state taxing authorities. |

Angela Y. Kung Ms. Kung draws on significant knowledge of the wireless regulatory landscape and experience at the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) to advise clients on, and help them comply with, FCC rules and regulations. With particular expertise on spectrum use policies and auction procedures, she has shepherded Mintz's clients through several FCC auctions related to next-generation 5G wireless technologies and broadband support, and routinely advocates on behalf of clients to help ensure that the agency’s rules align with their interests. |
