Mintz Attorney Aaron M. Tidman Selected as 2013 Best LGBT Lawyers Under 40 Honoree
Aaron M. Tidman, an attorney in the Litigation Section of Mintz, Cohn, Ferris, Glovsky and Popeo, P.C., has been named one of the Best LGBT Lawyers Under 40 – Class of 2013 by the National LGBT Bar Association. The fourth annual Best LGBT Lawyers Under 40 list recognizes “outstanding lesbian, gay, bisexual, and transgender legal professionals under the age of 40 who have distinguished themselves in their field and demonstrated a profound commitment to LGBT equality.”
This year’s honorees will be recognized at an awards luncheon on August 24, 2013 in San Francisco, California.

Mr. Tidman’s practice focuses on white-collar criminal defense, Foreign Corrupt Practices Act ("FCPA") internal investigations and compliance reviews, and securities litigation. He has extensive experience handling a variety of white-collar matters, including insider trading investigations, corporate governance investigations, Arms Export Control Act investigations, and other financial fraud investigations and enforcement matters brought by the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission and the U.S. Department of Justice.
Mr. Tidman received his B.A. from the University of Pennsylvania and his J.D. from the Syracuse University College of Law.
