Mintz Attorney Alain Mathieu Selected as One of The National Black Lawyers’ Top 40 Under 40 Members in Massachusetts
Mintz Associate Alain P. Mathieu has been selected for inclusion by The National Black Lawyers into the organization’s Top 40 Under 40 Black Lawyers in Massachusetts, an honor given to only a select group of lawyers for their superior skills and qualifications in the field. Membership in the organization is by invitation only and is limited to the top 40 attorneys under the age of 40 in each state who have demonstrated excellence and have achieved outstanding results in their careers.
Mr. Mathieu focuses his practice on complex litigation, including contract disputes, commercial and business litigation, and government investigations. He is also an active member of the firm’s interdisciplinary working group focused on the legal and policy implications of emerging artificial intelligence and robotics technologies, as well as the firm’s Institutional Investor Class Action Recovery, and Sports & Entertainment practices. Mr. Mathieu maintains an active pro bono practice, in which he counsels and represents clients in matters related to civil appeals, immigration, and domestic and sexual violence.
