Andrew J. Bernstein, a Member of the Employment, Labor & Benefits Section of Mintz, Cohn, Ferris, Glovsky, and Popeo, P.C., will be moderating a panel at the Hedge Fund & Private Equity Forum presented by Young Jewish Professionals. The forum will take place Wednesday, March 20 in New York City.

Young Jewish Professionals is a non-profit 501(c)3 Manhattan-based organization focused on providing business, educational and social networking opportunities for the new generation of Jewish business leaders.  The Hedge Fund & Private Equity Forum will feature prominent panelists as well as an opportunity to meet and network with esteemed leaders in the finance industry.

Mr. Bernstein has extensive experience handling executive compensation issues in mergers and acquisitions, venture capital investments, and private equity financings. He also regularly represents chief executive officers of both publicly and privately held companies and management teams in connection with leveraged buyouts by private equity sponsors, and in their negotiations with compensation committees and boards of directors. In addition, Mr. Bernstein regularly represents both companies and senior executives in connection with their employment and compensation arrangements.
