Bret A. Cohen, a Member of the Employment, Labor & Benefits Section and Co-chair of the Employee Mobility, Noncompetes & Trade Secrets Practice of Mintz, Cohn, Ferris, Glovsky and Popeo, P.C., will moderate a panel discussion at the American Bar Association (ABA) Business Law Section Spring Meeting.  The conference will take place April 16-18 at the Marriot Marquis and InterContinental hotels in San Francisco, California.

Mr. Cohen’s panel is entitled, “2015 Recent Developments in Business and Corporate Litigations.”

Mr. Cohen’s practice includes representing employers in labor and employment litigation, including claims arising under FLSA, Title VII, ADA, ADEA, Mass. Gen. Laws ch. 151B, Massachusetts Wage Act, as well as state common law, breach of contract, wrongful termination, and defamation claims.  He has extensive experience litigating noncompetition and nonsolicitation agreements and executive compensation agreements.
