Mintz Attorney Ellen L. Janos to Present at American Telemedicine Association Annual International Meeting & Trade Show
Ellen L. Janos, a Member of the Health Law Practice of Mintz, Cohn, Ferris, Glovsky and Popeo, P.C., will speak on a panel at the 2013 American Telemedicine Association (ATA) Annual International Meeting & Trade Show. The conference is being held May 5-7 in Austin, Texas.
Ms. Janos’ presentation is entitled, “How State Medical Board Rules Affect Your Telemedicine Business.” Her session will explore how state law issues impact business and operational decisions and how to formulate an effective strategy for educating and working with state medical and pharmacy boards in order to deploy a compliant multi-state telehealth service.
The 2013 ATA Annual International Meeting & Trade Show will feature 500 educational seminars that provide training, information and updates on issues vital to the practice and industry of telemedicine. The courses and peer-reviewed sessions offer everything one needs to know to start a telemedicine service, grow a program and make informed clinical and business decisions.
