Mintz Attorney Jeremy D. Glaser to Speak at IMN Winter Forum on Real Estate Opportunity & Private Fund Investing
Jeremy D. Glaser, Co-Chair of the Venture Capital & Emerging Companies Practice of Mintz, Cohn, Ferris, Glovsky and Popeo, P.C., is participating in a panel discussion at the 13th Annual Winter Forum on Real Estate Opportunity & Private Fund Investing presented by Information Management Network (IMN). The conference is taking place January 20-22 at the Montage Resort & Spa in Laguna Beach, CA.
Mr. Glaser will participate in a panel entitled, “Assessing the Costs & Practicalities of Utilizing Alternative Sources of Capital for New Acquisitions, Refinancings & Development.” This session will take a practical look at how investors are accessing non-traditional sources of capital for acquisitions, development and refinancings. Panelists will examine the pros and cons of each, the processes involved and practicalities of each source of capital as well as comparing them to traditional debt finance, especially in terms of costs, fees, timeframes and structures. They will also address when any given source of capital might be particularly appropriate for different types of deal.
