Tali M. Tuchin, Of Counsel in the Corporate & Securities Section of Mintz, Cohn, Ferris, Glovsky and Popeo, P.C., is speaking at the 2013 World’s Best Technologies (WBT) Innovation Marketplace Conference. The conference is being held October 21-23 in San Diego, California.

Ms. Tuchin’s session, presented by Licensing Executives Society (USA and Canada) and LES San Diego Chapter, is entitled, “Winning Negotiations through Practice.” The hands-on workshop offers an opportunity to discuss and negotiate terms on a licensing case study and helps participants recognize and practice elements of a successful negotiation.
