Mintz Attorneys Lyzzette M. Bullock and Caroline G. Gammill Selected for Greater Boston Chamber of Commerce Women’s Leadership Program
Lyzzette M. Bullock and Caroline G. Gammill of Mintz, Cohn, Ferris, Glovsky and Popeo, P.C. have been selected to participate in the Greater Boston Chamber of Commerce’s 2015-2016 Women’s Leadership Program.
The Greater Boston Chamber of Commerce’s Women’s Leadership Program is the premier leadership program for Greater Boston’s next generation of women business leaders. Held in collaboration with the Simmons School of Management, this year-long program provides a select group of emerging female professionals with opportunities to enhance their leadership skills, engage in the region’s business and civic communities, and develop professional networks that will serve them throughout their careers.
Ms. Bullock is an attorney in the firm’s Litigation Section. She represents clients in a variety of complex civil and commercial disputes in courts, mediations and arbitrations. Ms. Bullock has experience in matters involving government investigations relating to health care entities, product liability, bank lien foreclosures, and direct selling company actions.
Ms. Gammill is an attorney in the firm’s Corporate & Securities Section. Her practice focuses on general corporate and securities law matters, representing both private and public companies. She represents public companies in capital markets transactions, securities law compliance, and general corporate matters. She also counsels start-ups, emerging-growth companies and private equity firms in M&A transactions, debt financings, venture capital financings, restructurings and recapitalizations.
