Mintz Bolsters California Employment Practice with Addition of Member Jennifer B. Rubin to San Diego Office
Mintz Cohn Ferris Glovsky and Popeo, P.C. announced that Member Jennifer B. Rubin has joined the firm’s Employment, Labor and Benefits Section in San Diego, further expanding the firm’s West Coast presence. Ms. Rubin also practices in Mintz New York and Stamford, Connecticut offices.

With extensive experience in executive compensation matters and a bi-coastal practice representing C-suite executives, Ms. Rubin focuses on meeting the increasingly complex employment needs of executives of public and private corporations. She regularly negotiates employment, equity and severance arrangements and has worked on a broad range of employment litigation matters, including wage and hour class actions, privacy litigation, non-compete agreements and trade secret matters. Ms. Rubin is a co-chair of the firm’s Employment Mobility Practice, a cross-disciplinary practice that includes attorneys in the firm’s San Diego and San Francisco office, as well as from the Boston, New York and Washington, D.C. offices.
In 2013, Ms. Rubin was recognized as a Client Service All-Star by BTI Consulting Group. She also serves as Chair of Mintz Diversity Committee, leading a number of initiatives aimed at promoting diversity both in the firm and across the legal profession.
