Mintz Earns Eleventh Consecutive Perfect Score from Human Rights Campaign in LGBTQ Workplace Equality Scorecard
Mintz has received a perfect 100% ranking by the Human Rights Campaign (HRC) for the eleventh consecutive year in the organization’s annual Corporate Equality Index (CEI), a national benchmarking survey and report on corporate policies and practices related to LGBTQ workplace equality.
The 2018 CEI rated 609 businesses in the report, which evaluates LGBTQ-related policies and practices including non-discrimination workplace protections, domestic partner benefits, transgender-inclusive health care benefits, competency programs, and public engagement with the LGBTQ community. As a top rated firm, Mintz will be included in the Human Rights Campaign’s “Best Places to Work for LGBTQ Equality” list.
