Ivan J. Presant, a leading mergers and acquisitions and corporate transactions attorney, has joined the New York office of Mintz as a Member in the firm’s Corporate Practice. Mr. Presant has particular experience with advising buyers, sellers, and investors in U.S. and cross-border public and private business combinations, acquisitions, tender offers and corporate control matters.

Mr. Presant’s practice also encompasses joint venture and licensing transactions and recapitalizations. He represents public and private companies in a variety of industries including pharmaceuticals, retailers, food and beverage, financial services, fintech and health care.

Prior to joining Mintz, Mr. Presant was a partner in the New York office of McDermott, Will & Emery, where he handled complex business transactions for multinational corporations and U.S. companies.
