Jeffrey A. Moerdler, Head of the Real Estate and Communications Practices of Mintz, Cohn, Ferris, Glovsky and Popeo, P.C.’s New York office, is participating in a panel discussion at the Bisnow Media Brooklyn New Frontiers Conference. The event is taking place on August 17 at The William Vale Hotel in New York, NY.

During the panel, Mr. Moerdler will discuss the transformation of Brooklyn’s neighborhoods with Red Apple Group Chairman and CEO John Catsimatidis.

Bisnow Media is a digital media company that produces real estate news and events. The Brooklyn New Frontiers event will tackle new development frontiers in the area, including the growth in the Bushwick/Bed Stuy neighborhood, the residential development in Park Slope and Prospect Heights, and the future changes in store for Coney Island.

Mr. Moerdler  has almost 30 years of experience as a general commercial real estate attorney and has worked with many large national companies — particularly in the high-tech, telecommunications, financial services, health care, supermarket, and oil and gas sectors — as well as numerous smaller local clients.
