Mintz is pleased to announce that Member Joseph R. Dunn has joined the Board of Governors for the San Diego chapter of the Association of Business Trial Lawyers (ABTL).

The ABTL was founded in 1973 to provide a collegial forum for the discussion of business litigation issues. Today, it boasts five thriving chapters across California, and is dedicated to promoting a dialogue between the California bench and bar on business litigation issues.

Recently named Co-Chair of Mintz’s Cross-Border Asset Recovery Practice, Mr. Dunn has a broad-ranging litigation and creditor rights practice drawing from his significant experience with complex fraud litigation, bankruptcy and corporate reorganization, and his focus on asset recovery, judgment enforcement and litigation in the insolvency arena.
