Mintz Member Karen Won Named a Fellow of the American Bar Foundation
Mintz is pleased to share that Member Karen Won has been named a Fellow of the American Bar Foundation (ABF). The ABF Fellows is a global honorary society of attorneys, judges, law faculty, and legal scholars. Ms. Won was recommended by peers and elected by ABF’s Board of Directors for her dedication to the highest principles of the legal profession and the welfare of her community.
Ms. Won is a highly regarded intellectual property attorney whose practice covers trademark, copyright, and advertising. In particular, she has comprehensive experience across all aspects of trademarks, including counseling, prosecution, disputes, and transactions. She has specialized experience working with life sciences clients on branding matters, advising on drug name approvals and brand strategy across all stages of the development and commercialization lifecycle. She has successfully guided several drug brands from ideation through legal approvals to market launch and beyond.
Established in 1955, membership in the ABF Fellows is limited to one percent of lawyers licensed to practice in each jurisdiction.
