Mintz Member Meghan Burke has been named a 2024 “Go To Higher Education Lawyer” by Massachusetts Lawyers Weekly. The award recognizes top lawyers across the Commonwealth who distinguish themselves as leaders in their fields with a history of success. 

Meghan counsels higher education clients across the government and nonprofit sectors in connection with tax exempt and taxable financing of capital assets and related matters. This includes long-term and short-term debt financings, public private partnerships for student housing, parking and other projects, and debt management tools. A member of Mintz’s public finance practice with experience in industries other than higher education, she also chairs Mintz’s multi-practice education industry team.
