Mintz Named Among Top Law Firms for Collaboration
Mintz is pleased to announce that it has been named one of only 54 firms recognized in BTI Consulting Group’s Law Firms with the Best Collaboration report. Mintz and the other honorees were named by corporate counsel for showcasing collaborative skills that differentiate them from other law firms.
“At Mintz, collaboration is an integral part of how we practice law,” said Bob Bodian, Managing Member of the firm. “We pride ourselves on championing and sustaining a collaborative mindset and culture, both for internal purposes and the benefit of clients. For this reason, the honor is particularly meaningful. We’re delighted by the recognition.”
As part of the survey, BTI conducted 324 telephone interviews with legal decision makers, including General Counsel and Chief Legal Officers, at organizations with the highest levels of legal spending, representing more than 15 industries. The research is independent and unbiased with no law firm or organization other than BTI sponsoring the study.
According to the report, 50% of legal decision makers see lack of collaboration as their primary law firm’s biggest weakness and the primary reason for limiting the work they give to these firms. By contrast, the report adds that those law firms who show collaborative skills stand apart from others and have more- and significantly better – access to new work.
