Mintz Named to Los Angeles Business Journal’s “Most Admired Law Firms To Work For” List
Mintz announced that it has been named to Los Angeles Business Journal’s (LABJ) 2024 “Most Admired Law Firms To Work For” list. LABJ selects firms that are “consciously working towards creating diverse, positive, and supportive environments to help drive the success of their attorneys,” according to the publication.
LABJ recognized Mintz for its commitment to public service and specifically highlighted the National Legal Aid and Defender Association’s Beacon of Justice Award that the firm has consistently won over the past decade.
The publication mentions several other community service initiatives such as the LA office hosting a “Lawyer for a Day” program for lower income and immigrant LA City students; participating in New Los Angeles School’s Career Day; supporting Los Angeles Regional Food Bank’s “Food from the Bar” program; and contributing to the firm’s 22nd annual Back to School Backpack Project.
LABJ also notes that Mintz is widely respected for its excellence in client service and workplace culture – which involves facilitating activities like Coffee Mondays, Peloton Rides, Mindfulness Meditations, and the Mintz Walkingspree Challenge.
