Mintz is pleased to announce that Jennifer Kiely has been named Co-Head of the firm’s Real Estate Practice. Ms. Kiely is a Member of the firm based in the Boston office.

Ms. Kiely represents clients in connection with complex real estate matters, including all aspects of acquisitions, dispositions, and financings of office, industrial and multifamily properties throughout the continental United States. Her experience includes handling complex joint venture structures and transfers of equity interests. She frequently represents real estate funds and other real estate entities as seller and buyer of commercial real estate properties and also of the interests in the owners of those properties. Ms. Kiely also has extensive experience counseling real estate borrowers in obtaining and refinancing loans on diverse properties, opposite CMBS, bank, and insurance lenders.

Ms. Kiely joins Daniel Gaquin as Co-Head of the Practice.
