Managing Member, Bob Bodian said, “I am delighted to announce these appointments. Michelle and Steve are shining examples of both the progress we have made and the bright future we have as a firm.”
He continued, “Michelle has multiple years of leadership experience with clients and colleagues alike. Every day she brings that experience to work in the form of enthusiasm, innovation, and the desire to continue fostering a diverse and inclusive work environment. Our Washington, D.C. office will benefit from her leadership.”

Of Mr. Osborn, Mr. Bodian said, “Steve is a natural choice to lead our San Francisco office. His unique background of growing up in the Bay Area, coupled with his prior experience managing a law firm, and as in-house counsel, combined with his infectious energy, positions him perfectly to further grow our presence in San Francisco.”
Mr. Osborn is a versatile corporate attorney who draws on his in-house legal and business management experience to advise clients on transactional, corporate finance, and general corporate matters.
