Mintz Promotes Nine to Member

Intellectual Property (Boston)
As a patent attorney, Mr. Amendts’s focus is on strategic intellectual property counseling, including patent procurement, freedom to operate assessment, and post-grant proceedings before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office and the Patent Trial and Appeal Board. He counsels clients on all aspects of the patent system including portfolio management, patentability, prosecution, freedom to operate assessments, and validity/infringement studies. Mr. Amendt is also involved in intellectual property disputes.

Ms. Bruno is a seasoned attorney whose practice spans several areas of corporate and employment law. She has extensive experience advising clients, ranging from startups to multinational public companies, in a broad range of industries, on issues related to executive compensation, employee benefits, securities law, and corporate governance.
Intellectual Property (Boston)
Mr. Galica focuses his intellectual property practice on patent litigation, strategic intellectual property counseling, and the rapidly evolving landscape of standard-essential patent enforcement and licensing. He represents clients before the International Trade Commission, Federal district courts, and the Patent Trial and Appeal Board. His practice covers complex technologies such as graphics processors, radio-frequency circuitry, audio and video codecs, consumer telecommunications systems, and double data rate-compliant memory modules.

Mr. Gautier focuses his practice on debt financing transactions. His experience includes advising corporate, private equity sponsor, lender, and other financial institution clients on a variety of complex secured and unsecured financing transactions, including leveraged acquisitions, investment grade, venture debt and other corporate loans, refinancings, restructurings, and structured loan products.
Public Finance (Boston)
Mr. Page is a client-focused, solution-oriented legal advisor devoted to public finance matters. His practice is primarily focused on the new issuance of municipal securities by governmental and nonprofit entities in the affordable housing, healthcare, education and transportation sectors.
Corporate (New York)
Ms. Primor’s practice focuses on the formation and operation of private funds, including venture capital, private equity, and hedge funds. Ms. Primor frequently represents fund sponsors, family offices, and institutional investors in connection with their investments in private companies, subscribing to private funds, and strategic transactions. She also advises startups and early stage companies on the structure and formation of corporate entities, commercial contracts, and financings.
Litigation (Boston)
Ms. Raphaelson advises property owners, developers, and general contractors on projects throughout the United States on a wide range of construction matters, including design and construction contract formation, delay claims, cost overruns, terminations, and defective work. She regularly represents clients in all stages of a dispute, from initial counseling through discovery and trial or arbitration.
Litigation (New York)
Mr. Rosenbaum maintains a diverse litigation practice, encompassing a wide range of general commercial litigation, securities litigation, white collar criminal defense, and government enforcement matters, as well as internal investigations. His specialties include close corporation disputes and class action defense. He has been an integral member of teams representing clients at the trial and appellate court levels, as well as in domestic arbitration.

Mr. Song focuses on assisting clients with navigating the complex rules and regulations involved in employment and executive compensation matters, including with respect to mergers, acquisitions, and other transactional contexts. He represents a wide variety of clients in the negotiation and design of employment, consulting, severance, and non-competition agreements. Mr. Song also advises clients in the structuring of compensation packages, including change in control, deferred compensation, and equity compensation.
