Mintz has been ranked as one of the “Most Active” law firms for International Trade Commission (ITC) Section 337 investigations in Patexia’s 2021 ITC Intelligence Report, which is based on relevant filings from a roughly six-year period ending in December 2020. In order to compile this report, Patexia evaluated over 350 law firms and more than 7,000 attorneys in the ITC Section 337 space by activity and performance and identified top stakeholders on the complainant and respondent sides and overall for the period of January 2015 through December 2020. In conducting research, Patexia observed that over the past year, the ITC Section 337 has become more active, displaying double-digit growth in the number of ITC investigations in 2020 compared to 2019.
