Mintz Ranked Among Top Ten Largest Health Care Law Firms by Modern Healthcare
Mintz, Cohn, Ferris, Glovsky and Popeo, P.C. has been ranked one of the top ten largest health care law firms in the country by Modern Healthcare for the second consecutive year. The firm is ranked 6th in the 2014 survey. Modern Healthcare’s annual survey ranks law firms based on a blended score of the number of health care lawyers employed and the number of lawyers at the firm who are members of the American Health Lawyers Association. The list appears in the June 30th issue of the publication.
“We are pleased to once again be ranked among the nation’s top ten largest health care law firms,” said Karen S. Lovitch, a Member and Practice Leader of Mintz’s Health Law Practice. “With the health care landscape in a near constant state of change, Mintz has the ability to provide our clients with the resources necessary to navigate a range of issues, including high-stakes acquisitions and litigation, complex antitrust issues, and the nuances of the Affordable Care Act.”
Attorneys in Mintz’s Health Law Practice, many of whom have held senior government positions or served as in-house counsel, represent for-profit and non-profit, domestic and international companies in connection with a wide variety of business and legal transactions, challenges and issues that they confront both on a daily basis and in bet-the-company matters.
