Myriad Genetics, a global leader in personalized medicine, completed its acquisition of Assurex Health, effective August 31, 2016. Assurex Health is an informatics-based precision medicine company providing treatment decision support to healthcare providers for mental health patients.

To fund the transaction, Myriad entered into a credit agreement with JP Morgan Chase Bank for an aggregate principal amount of $200 million.
