Mintz Serves as Legal Counsel to Siegel Egg Co. in Majority Recapitalization with Rotunda Capital Partners
Mintz served as legal counsel to Siegel Egg Co. (Siegel), a leading wholesale distributor of bakery ingredients and other food products throughout New England and New York, with respect to the majority recapitalization of the company with private equity firm Rotunda Capital Partners.
Siegel is a fourth-generation, family-owned distributor of bakery ingredients. The company operates out of a single facility in Billerica, Mass., delivering products from its exclusive and preferred supplier relationships to commercial, in-store, wholesale, and foodservice bakeries throughout New England and New York.
