Mintz Southern California Attorneys Recognized by Super Lawyers for 2025

Super Lawyers has recognized two Mintz attorneys from the firm’s Los Angeles office. Danny Guggenheim, Co-Chair of the firm’s Real Estate Practice, has been selected for the 2025 Southern California Super Lawyers list, marking his ninth consecutive year on the list. Member David Hanna has been selected to the 2025 Southern California Rising Stars list, marking his fifth consecutive year on the list.

Super Lawyers recognizes the top attorneys nationwide, across a variety of practice areas and firm sizes, using a patented process of independent research and peer input. Only five percent of attorneys are selected to the Super Lawyers list, and less than three percent are selected to Rising Stars.

Danny is an accomplished commercial real estate attorney who focuses his practice on traditional real estate matters, such as acquisitions, dispositions, and financings. His practice also encompasses complex investment structuring involving joint ventures, preferred equity, participations, syndications, co-investments, parallel vehicles, private REITs, and discretionary funds.

David is a key contributor to the firm’s world class IP practice. He has over 15 years of experience prosecuting, advising, and litigating in various technology areas, including pharmaceuticals, chemical, biologics, diagnostics, gene editing, and medical devices.  With a specialty in patent litigation, David has litigated high-profile and billion-dollar patent cases in district court litigation, Federal Circuit appeals, and Patent Trial and Appeal Board (PTAB) proceedings.
