Mintz Takes Lead for Joink in Its Purchase of Fiber Optics Business, CTI
WASHINGTON, D.C. – Mintz acted as deal counsel to Joink LLC, a DIF CIF II portfolio company owned by DIF Capital Partners, in its purchase of Computer Techniques Inc (CTI). Under the agreement, Joink will acquire 100% of CTI, an Illinois-based fiber optics business.
The acquisition is set to boost CTI’s fiber-to-the-home deployment in Central Illinois, along with additional management and capital to the existing CTI team. This is a strategic acquisition for DIF which invests in infrastructure companies across a number of geographies, including North America, Europe, and Australia.
