Mintz’s Adam D. Gale to Speak at ARMA International Conference & Expo
Adam D. Gale, Co-chair of the Investment Funds Group and a Member in the Corporate & Securities Section of Mintz. Cohn, Ferris, Glovsky and Popeo, P.C., will be a part of a panel discussion entitled “Dodd Frank and Information Governance – Get Your Organization Ready” at the 2013 ARMA International Conference & Expo. The conference takes place October 28-30 in Las Vegas. Adam will discuss information governance-related regulations under the Dodd-Frank Act and other recently adopted regulations, with a focus on banks, broker-dealers and investment advisers.
