Mintz’s Jen Rubin Recognized by San Diego Business Journal Among Women of Influence in Law 2021
Mintz is pleased to announce that Member Jennifer B. Rubin has been selected to the San Diego Business Journal’s Women of Influence in Law 2021 list, which recognizes female trailblazing lawyers in the region. As part of this recognition, she was featured in a special section published on June 28 highlighting honorees’ careers and accomplishments.
Ms. Rubin draws on over 30 years of crafting legal solutions to employment-related problems for clients ranging from small businesses to Fortune 50 companies across industries including technology, financial services, and health care, as well as prominent executives. She has an active trial practice and provides regulatory and other employment-related advice. In her role as Co-chair of Mintz’s Environmental, Social, and Corporate Governance Practice, Ms. Rubin advises boards of directors on diversity and equity issues as they pertain to corporate governance. Her byline regularly appears in top business and legal publications and she is often called upon to serve as a resource for publications such as The Wall Street Journal and The Washington Post.
Additionally, active in the San Diego business and nonprofit communities, Ms. Rubin served as Co-chair of Lawyers Club’s Workplace Equity & Civility Initiative, and she currently serves as the Co-chair for the San Diego Leadership Committee for 50/50 Women on Boards. She is a faculty member and advisor to The Honor Foundation, the nonprofit armed services special operations transition institute, and she volunteers for the San Diego Volunteer Lawyer Program.
