The publication’s Top Rising Stars: Class of 2021 feature, which was included in the Q1 edition of The Dealmaker Quarterly, spotlights exemplary new M&A-focused partners at top U.S. law firms.

Promoted to Member at Mintz in 2020, Mr. Ronca concentrates his practice on a range of domestic and international transactions, focusing on mergers and acquisitions as well as debt financings. He has represented clients in a variety of industries, including healthcare, pharmaceuticals, life sciences, chemical manufacturing, telecommunications, and retail. He also handles a wide variety of general corporate matters.
