Mintz is pleased to announce that Randy K. Jones, a Member in the San Diego office, has joined the Board of Governors for the San Diego chapter of the Association of Business Trial Lawyers.

Founded in 1973, the Association of Business Trial Lawyers (ABTL) was created to promote better communication between the bench and bar. The ABTL is unique in providing a forum in which litigators and judges meet to address issues important to business trial lawyers.

Mr. Jones is a highly-respected and nationally recognized trial lawyer who has successfully litigated and tried to jury verdict hundreds of cases in federal and state court. He represents executives and companies in high stakes, complex commercial and business disputes, regulatory and government investigations, healthcare compliance, and white collar criminal matters requiring top-caliber trial counsel. Prior to joining Mintz, Mr. Jones served for almost three decades as an Assistant U.S. Attorney in the U.S. Department of Justice.
