Mintz is pleased to announce Tali M. Tuchin has been named a finalist for the 2018 Athena Pinnacle Awards. Ms. Tuchin, Special Counsel in the firm’s San Diego office, has been recognized in Athena’s “Individual in Services” category.

Athena is a professional association dedicated to advancing women in STEM. Athena’s Annual Pinnacle Awards Gala is a staple of Southern California's technology and life sciences sectors, convening 600+ industry leaders to honor those advancing the careers of women in the STEM fields. Ms. Tuchin and the other nominees will be honored on May 3 at the annual awards ceremony at the Hyatt La Jolla.

Ms. Tuchin advises clients in a broad array of industries and in all manner of business and technology related transactions, including international and complex transactions involving outsourcing of major business functions, complex patent licenses and assignments, research and development agreements with heavily negotiated intellectual property provisions, and high-value software licenses.

Outside the office, Ms. Tuchin is involved in the Lawyers Club of San Diego, a local organization that promotes women in the law, and has been an Athena member, including a member of a FEW group, for 8 years.
