ML Strategies announced the promotion of Taylor Shepherd to Vice President of Government Relations and Anthony DeMaio to Senior Vice President. 

Taylor is a seasoned public policy professional with a proven track record of success in legislative and regulatory lobbying, strategy, and relationship building. For more than five years, she has worked with ML Strategies clients to help them achieve their legislative and regulatory goals, including support on a wide range of issues important to the clean energy, health care, and technology industries. In her role as Vice President Taylor will serve as the firm's primary liaison for internal and external energy matters in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, guiding clients through the evolving landscape of clean energy policy. 

Anthony works with ML Strategies clients to develop and implement effective messaging and legislative strategy. For more than fifteen years, he has helped clients navigate the Congress and administrative agencies in pursuit of policy objectives and federal funding, as well as through congressional inquiries. Anthony has represented multi-national corporations, start-ups, non-profit organizations, industry coalitions, and labor unions from most sectors of the economy. He works extensively in health care, particularly innovative health technology. He also represents clients in transportation, infrastructure, defense, technology, and manufacturing on issues including taxation, trade, and federal appropriations. In his role as Senior Vice President, Anthony will continue to leverage his business and political experience to help clients respond to federal and state challenges and opportunities, while supporting their bottom line and policy goals.
