Health Law Member Tara Dwyer and Associates David Gilboa and Sophia Temis co-authored an article in Law360 outlining several key takeaways for Pharmacy Benefit Management (PBM) in response to the US House of Representatives Ways and Means Committee’s proposed telehealth flexibility bill. 

The authors wrote, “While this PBM reform could benefit smaller PBMs in the industry by allowing them to compete more transparently and effectively against larger and more established PBMs, PBM reform could also lead to further consolidation within the industry as companies merge to better manage the heightened compliance and operational costs.”
