For Second Consecutive Year, Mintz Members Joshua Briones and Ralph Campillo Named Leaders of Influence: Litigators & Trial Lawyers by the Los Angeles Business Journal
Mintz is pleased to share that the Los Angeles Business Journal has named Managing Member of the firm’s Los Angeles Office Joshua Briones and Member Ralph Campillo as among the 2020 Leaders of Influence: Litigators & Trial Lawyers in the region. Notably, this is the second consecutive year that Mr. Briones and Mr. Campillo have received the competitive honor. In connection with the recognition, both attorneys were featured in a July 13 special issue of the publication.
Mr. Briones is an experienced trial lawyer with a robust national practice. He represents clients across a variety of industries including financial services, building products, retail, pharmaceuticals, automotive, professional sports, food and beverage, petroleum, chemical manufacturing, health care, high technology, and higher education, and has served as lead defense counsel on over 400 alleged class actions in state and federal courts across the country.
Under Mr. Briones’ leadership, Mintz’s Los Angeles office has more than tripled in size and developed additional capabilities in specialty practice areas. Mr. Briones has also led the way in promoting the firm’s diversity initiative and its commitment to community service out of the Los Angeles office.
Mr. Campillo is a nationally renowned trial attorney with more than four decades of experience representing life sciences, pharmaceutical, medical device, and manufacturing companies in mass torts and all forms of complex litigation, including product liability, commercial disputes, and class actions.
