The mission, which takes place May 27-29, is led by The New England-Israel Business Council (NEIBC) and includes more than 50 businesses and entities as part of the delegation.
Senator Cowan returned to Mintz Levin in November 2013 following his tenure as interim U.S. Senator for the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, a seat Governor Patrick appointed him to fill after it was vacated by Secretary of State John F. Kerry. He previously served as Governor Patrick’s Chief Legal Counsel and, later, Chief of Staff and Senior Advisor.
Prior to that, Senator Cowan was a Member in the Boston office of Mintz Levin where he represented a diverse array of commercial clients in business and regulatory matters.
