Mr. Rapore, who joined Mintz in 2020 from Kirkland & Ellis, represents clients in high-stakes, complex civil ligation matters and securities disputes in courts around the country, including the Delaware Court of Chancery. Mr. Rapore has also achieved exceptional results in disputes involving technology companies. Additionally, Mr. Rapore has extensive experience representing companies and individuals in government investigations and related prosecutions and enforcement actions. Apart from his litigation practice, he serves as a trusted advisor to companies by assisting them in navigating laws, regulations, and business issues specific to their industries.

Ms. Ozeran focuses her practice on complex corporate litigation, with an emphasis on consumer class actions pursuant to California false advertising laws, the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), and the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). She regularly advises and strategizes with clients in all stages of litigation, including pre-litigation counseling and investigation, discovery, and trial. Ms. Ozeran is an ardent advocate for her clients, and has briefed and argued successful dispositive motions and oppositions to class certification in both state and federal court, obtaining great wins for her clients.
