Mintz’s Environmental Law Practice Chair Jeffrey R. Porter was quoted in an article published by Bloomberg Law examining a test used by the federal government to determine what waters and wetlands are protected under the Clean Water Act, and how this test may be discarded by the US Supreme Court. Jeffrey commented, "I just don’t see five votes for the significant nexus test. The real question is what will replace it.”
