Tyson Ruling Tees up More Class Action Evidence Fights
Mintz Boston Litigation member Kevin McGinty is quoted in this Law360 article on the U.S. Supreme Court’s ruling that “Tyson Foods workers could use statistical sampling to support class certification in a don-doff dispute.” The article notes, however, that disputes of a similar nature may have to be addressed on a case-by-case basis in the future, as the court did not adopt “sweeping rules” regarding statistical sampling.
