From ‘Unregulated’ to ‘A Matter of Great Concern’: PFAS Regulation under Biden
Environmental Chair Jeffrey Porter was quoted by The National Law Journal in an article about PFAS regulation under President Biden and whether the upcoming Trump administration may deregulate PFAS.
Jeff says, “One way of deregulating is to actually go through the process that you need to go through to deregulate. Another way of deregulating that gets you to the same place is just not defending what the agency has done during the prior administration.”
